How billing works
Billed monthly, in shekels
Prices are in ILS and include no hidden fees. You're invoiced monthly from your billing date, and a tax invoice follows each payment.
Grow whenever you need to
Taking on more clients than your plan covers? Tell us and we'll raise your limit, usually the same day. No forced upgrade in the middle of a session.
Quiet month? Say so
Roster shrunk over the summer? We'll move you down at your next renewal. There's no contract and no penalty for going smaller.
Cancel whenever you like
Give us notice and billing stops at the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing auto-renews past a cancellation, and you can export your data on the way out.
Your clients are never cut off
If you cancel or a payment fails, everyone you already coach stays exactly where they are — same programme, same chat, same history. A lapsed plan only stops you adding someone new.
Questions we get asked
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Physiqly is billed to you, the trainer. Your clients use the app free. If you collect payment from them through Physiqly, that money goes straight to your own payment account — we take no cut and never touch it.
What counts as a client?
Any client on your roster. Remove someone and the slot frees up immediately, so a plan tracks the people you're actively coaching rather than everyone you've ever worked with.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in either direction — just tell us. There's no contract and no setup fee.
What if I outgrow my plan?
You'll be asked to raise your limit before adding the client that would put you over. Nothing happens silently and nobody loses access.
