Common questions

How do I delete my account?

See Deleting your account below.

How do I connect Apple Health or Health Connect?

You'll be prompted to allow access the first time step tracking is used in the app. You can change this permission anytime in your device's system settings.

I'm a trainer — how do I manage my subscription?

Subscription and billing details are available from your trainer profile settings.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of a charge, yes — no reason needed. Where you ask depends on where you subscribed; see our Refund Policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Physiqly account yourself, at any time, from inside the app: open your profile, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete account. No request or waiting period — deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email info@physiqly.fit from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

If you're a client

Everything tied to your account is permanently erased: your profile and login, workout and weight history, personal records and streaks, meal and supplement logs, chat messages with your trainer, community posts and comments, and every progress photo and form-check video you uploaded. Nothing is kept in an archive or recoverable afterwards.

If you're a trainer

Your profile, login, client roster links, chat history, and any community groups you own (including the posts and comments inside them) are permanently erased, and your Physiqly subscription is canceled with any open invoice voided — there is no separate store subscription left to cancel. Your clients are not deleted: each keeps their own account and full training history and simply becomes unlinked from you, so they can continue on their own or connect to another trainer.

What we keep

Records we're legally required to retain — principally invoices and payment references needed for tax and accounting — are kept for as long as the law requires, and are not used for anything else. Server error logs may briefly contain a reference to a deleted account until they age out. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
