Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

The short version

If you were charged for a Physiqly subscription in the last 14 days and want your money back, you can have it. Where you ask depends on where you bought it: from us for web purchases, from Apple or Google if you subscribed inside the app.

Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops the next charge. A refund returns one you have already paid.

Who this applies to

Physiqly subscriptions are paid by trainers. If you are a client using Physiqly with a coach, you pay us nothing and there is nothing here for you to claim.

Fees your trainer charges you for coaching are separate. That money never passes through Physiqly, we take no share of it, and we cannot refund it — please take it up with your trainer directly.

If you subscribed on the web

Web subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Email info@physiqly.fit from the address on your account and tell us you would like a refund.

Within 14 days of a charge — including a renewal — we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to reply within two business days, and once approved the money goes back to the original payment method; your bank usually takes a further 5–10 days to show it.

After 14 days we will still look at it, and we will say yes when something on our side went wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal after you had already cancelled, a billing bug. Outside those cases, the answer after 14 days is normally no.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app

Apple is the seller for anything bought inside the iOS app, so Apple issues the refund and Apple decides — we are not able to do it for you, however much we would like to.

Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase, then choose the Physiqly subscription and follow the prompts. Apple normally responds within 48 hours.

If Apple turns you down and you believe the charge was our mistake, write to us anyway — we can sometimes support your case with Apple, and we would rather hear about it than not.

If you subscribed in the Android app

Google Play is the seller for anything bought inside the Android app, so refunds are handled by Google under their policies.

Open the Google Play Store, go to your order history, find the Physiqly subscription and choose Report a problem. Google’s current guidance is at their refunds help page. As with Apple, contact us as well if you think the charge was our error.

Free trial

Coaching your first client is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund until you actively choose a paid plan. You will never be charged automatically at the end of a trial, because the trial does not end — it simply covers one client.

Changing plans

Moving up a plan charges you the prorated difference for the rest of the month and gives you the extra client slots immediately. Because you receive what you paid for straight away, that charge is treated like any other and falls under the same 14-day window above.

Moving down a plan costs nothing on the day and takes effect at your next renewal, so there is no charge to refund. You keep the plan you already paid for until the month runs out.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not return that period’s payment.

We do not automatically refund the unused part of a month when you cancel mid-cycle — you keep the service you bought for the rest of it. If you cancelled immediately after a renewal you did not mean to trigger, that is exactly what the 14-day window is for.

One thing worth knowing: deleting your Physiqly account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Neither store lets us do that on your behalf, so cancel in the store first, then delete the account.

What happens to your data after a refund

A refund ends the paid plan and returns you to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your clients, plans, meals, messages and history all stay exactly where they are. A lapsed plan only stops you adding new clients — it never removes access to someone you already coach.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including under Israeli law where we are established, or any mandatory rights in your own country. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
